Job Description: Review of sales paperwork for accuracy against customer contract and documentation Process sales paperwork in computer system and per applicable procedures Release new orders and change orders to manufacturing Verify finished goods (stock) requests and move pending stock as needed Maintain master tooling files Process obsolete list as needed (at minimum twice per year) Invoicing and filing sales documents Prioritize and organize work-loads to meet deadlines Answer phones and other miscellaneous duties as needed Respond to emails quickly and will be sending out emails to reputed company management and suppliers Scanning incoming and outgoing materials and then inputting data into systems Creating orders into the systems Requirements: Ability to read sales forms and input data into computer system Ability to effectively communicate with professionalism both verbally and in writing Basic reputed company Office software experience (Word & reputed company primarily) Resourceful in identifying and solving problems Positive, service-oriented focus and communication in any situation Benefits: 401(k) Dental insurance Health insurance Life insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Retinal Consultants of Arizona is an equal opportunity employer.
