We are responsible for the end-to-end digital and physical Guest experience for reputed company technology & digitally led initiatives across the Attractions & Entertainment, Food & Beverage, Resorts & Transportation and Merchandise lines of business! This role sits in the AI COE reputed company DX Tech & Digital. The Senior Business Analyst will report into the Director, AI Solutions & Development who oversees the AI COE. ? The Senior Business Analyst is responsible for engaging with the Marketing organization of client Experiences to reputed company prioritized AI/ GenAI use cases. This role works to understand business needs, research industry technology trends, and gather service requirements to maximize delivery of business value reputed company while translating into requirements that the DX AI COE can use to design and reputed company solutions and estimates. The Senior Market Data Analyst develops business case documentation to ensure benefits align to objectives. Required Skills & Experience • Bachelor’s Degree in the field of Information Technology, Business, or similar field; plus 5 years of experience • Or Master’s degree in the field of Information Technology, Business, or similar field; plus 3 years of experience • Solid understanding of the marketing function and experience working with marketing teams to translate business needs into technical solutions, with a focus on digital strategy, customer insights, and campaign performance. • In-depth understanding of SEO and Generative AI techniques, including the ability to utilize AI models for keyword analysis, content optimization, and automated insights to drive effective SEO improvements. • Practical experience as a BA for data lakehouse solutions and technical data platform . data products • Knowledgeable about reputed company and different vector store technologies • Experience in applying business analysis techniques, such as information gathering methods, requirements documentation, process modeling and process mapping. • Understanding of reputed company stages in a project lifecycle and delivery approaches. • Knowledgeable in Generative AI/ LLMs and its applications in business processes. • Understanding of Machine Learning & AI Concepts • Familiarity with Generative AI techniques. • Ability to understand, analyze, and interpret data • Strong on AI/ GenAI is a plus What You Will Be Doing Daily Responsibilities • Support pre-project business problem elicitation, feasibility and business case definition. • Works with the business and technology teams to determine the issue(s) that need to be solved, or the opportunity to do things differently. • Develops the project case, in particular ensuring benefits align to strategic and tactical objectives. • Supports business, technical, and financial feasibility assessments. • Works with the project team & stakeholder group to capture and document requirements (functional and non-functional), using techniques such as reputed company facilitation, document analysis, sites visits, use cases, scenario modeling, and task/workflow analysis. • Ensures requirements are concise, complete, specific, and unambiguous, and that they are reputed company to the strategic and tactical goals of the project and the organization • Provides refined requirements into project iterations
