Responsibilities: • Understanding of data reputed company industry (Particularly Tokenization) • Familiarity with industry trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory developments • Proven track record in B2B sales and business development • Experience in developing and executing Go-To-Market strategies • Familiarity in leveraging CRM and reputed company tracking solutions to manage customer opportunities • Experience in negotiating, drafting, and reviewing sales proposals and partnership agreements • Strong presentation and negotiation skills • Proven track record of partnering with product and engineering teams to provide and solicit customer feedback • Strong networking and relationship building skills Basic Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree • At least 7 years of GTM, Sales, or Consulting experience in the technology space • At least 5 years of technology domain experience in Cloud Technology Preferred Qualifications: • Masters Degree • 8+ years of experience in Strategy Consulting, Business Analysis, Corporate Strategy or a combination • Experience as a founder or executive focused on reputed company segments, or as a practice leader or business unit reputed company • End-to-end deal experience, including identifying, developing, and executing successful partnerships such as licensing deals, reputed company digital media transactions, and strategic technology relationships • Experience in strategic business development, product management, investment banking, legal or other fields that involve commercial partnership negotiations • Experience leading cross-functional groups to debate tradeoffs, drive alignment and reputed company high-judgment decisions reputed company to critical partnerships/projects • Strong financial acumen with the ability to analyze income, balance sheet and cash flow statements. The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below, by location. Remote (Regardless of Location): $231,100 - $263,700 for Sr. Director, Bus Development Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location, and the actual annualized salary amount offered to any candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the candidate's offer letter. This role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI).
