We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Revenue Operations team in a... temporary part-time capacity. As part of the Process Automation & Excellence team, you will work closely with internal stakeholders, report to the Senior Manager of Process Automation & Excellence, and play a critical role in managing business requests through our centralized intake process. This role is for a three-month assignment, working 29 hours per week. What You Will Do: • Support "Run the Business" initiatives for the RevOps organization • Manage, review, and support intake requests in JIRA • Assist in gathering and validating requirements for ongoing business needs • UAT and/or BAT testing • Sprint planning • Support of asset creation and enablement material What You Bring: • 3+ years of experience in operations or project management roles • Salesforce administration experience is a plus • Hands-on experience with JIRA and SCRUM certification preferred, but not required • Ability to apply professional expertise and company policies to resolve various business issues. • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to assess and adapt processes as needed. • Experience working on diverse problems where creative solutions are necessary. • Effective communicator, able to build strong relationships within and outside the organization. This is a temporary, part-time position, perfect for someone looking to contribute to a fast-paced and dynamic environment while gaining valuable experience in process automation and business operations.
