We are a growing team building a cloud games platform that aims to bring Netflix games to our subscribers on a variety of devices beyond mobile phones. We are looking for a Full Stack Engineer specializing in identifying and building developer workflows and tooling who will serve as a key contributor to creating the suite of tools that make fast iteration and development of games for our platform a delight. Responsibilities Help define, scope, and plan the development of game developer tools Build new tools and integrate existing development tools to work with our platform This Role Is a Fit If You Take pride in building high-quality tools for developers Love working on early-stage projects where your contributions make a big difference Thrive in an environment with lots of context and minimal guidance Enjoy collaborating with engineers across functional teams Are a self-starter with excellent communication skills Qualifications 8+ years of full-stack development experience Experience with Node.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, Go language and React Experience developing tools for developers Experience working with game development and engines such as Unity and Unreal Nice To Have Experience with the Electron framework Our compensation structure consists solely of an annual salary; we do not have bonuses. You choose each year how much of your compensation you want in salary versus stock options. To determine your personal top-of-market compensation, we rely on market indicators and consider your specific job family, background, skills, and experience to determine your compensation in the market range. The range for this role is $170,000 - $720,000. We also offer paid leave of absence programs. Full-time hourly employees accrue 35 days annually for paid time off to be used for vacation, holidays, and sick paid time off.
