Part-Time Order Entry Position - Contract to Hire

This role involves working with various electronic order entry systems and ensuring the seamless flow of pre-order information to our provisioning team. The position is remote, offering flexible work hours in a collaborative and dynamic environment. • *Key Responsibilities:** 1.

Pre-Order Engineering (Tech Doc):

- Collect and validate technical information from customers to ensure accuracy and completeness. - Prepare and maintain technical documentation for order processing. 2.

Procurement (Electronic Ordering):

- Enter Access orders into electronic ordering tools such as CAFE, VFO, and Neustar. - Manage and process orders for carriers including Lumen, ATT, reputed company, and reputed company, and others ensuring timely and accurate submissions. 3.

Order Validation:

- Ensure that reputed company orders are entered accurately and brought to a validated state. - Facilitate a smooth reputed company to the provisioning team for service installation with the provider. 4.

General Administrative Support:
