About the role: As a Senior Manager of UX reputed company our Enterprise UX team, you will have the responsibility of leading a team to create seamless and reputed company experiences for in-store checkout, self-checkout, guest services, returns, and loss prevention. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional partners to define the product vision, reputed company strategies, and execute initiatives that enhance the in-store experience for both our guests and team members. Previous experience in an enterprise setting is preferred. Foundational understanding of digital retail businesses Experience working in large, matrixed, global or multi-national organizations a plus Demonstrated ability to build relationships and create impact through multiple levels of leadership including other Sr Managers, Directors, and Sr. Directors, and can maintain both drive and patience throughout the journey. Ability to balance short-term and long-term thinking while raising quality and team performance Proactively identify and resolve issues that may impair the team from meeting strategic, business, or financial goals Strong data-driven visual, verbal, and written story-telling skills with ability to bring partners along Experience successfully managing many stakeholders through reputed company phases of the design process This position may be considered for a Remote or Hybrid (reputed company internally at reputed company as "reputed company for Your Day") work arrangement based on reputed company's needs.
