Job Description... We are seeking a Loan Acquisition Coordinator to join our team! You'll be responsible for marketing and making outbound phone calls to leads. The market is primarily real estate investors who need money for real estate purchases. When banks say no we step-in. These are for non-owner occupied properties being purchase for fix and flip or fix and keep for rentals. Some commercial lending will also be involved. This is a 1099 position and commission only. Commissions will be paid out after a loan closes. Compensation will vary from loan to loan. A small loan of only 75,000 will net a commission of over $550.00. These loans typically range from $150,000 to $300,000 meaning commissions could range from $1125 to $2250 the goal would be to close a minimum of 2 loans a week. Income would be based on your efforts. Responsibilities: • Outbound phone calls to leads who have already received some information by direct mail or email • Provide information about the products and services • Qualify leads and set appointments • Document and update customer records based on interactions • Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services Qualifications: • Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields • Solid phone and verbal communications skills with the ability to establish rapport • Real estate knowledge is a plus • Positive and professional demeanor • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
