Our client is leading non-profit organization dedicated to mobilizing people and resources to drive research for a cure and address the challenges of those affected by chronic illnesses. Our non profit partner works with volunteers and stakeholders to accomplish their mission through research, advocacy, education, and support services. Job Overview: The Technical Product Manager for data products ensures that our Data Management and Analytics products meet user needs by implementing, maintaining, and enhancing these products. This role involves partnering with various teams to understand business needs, developing solutions, and delivering them with the engineering team. Key Responsibilities: • Understand stakeholder priorities and communicate business requirements. • Recommend solutions to meet business needs. • Prioritize product backlogs for data management and analytics tools. • Participate in Sprint Planning and monitor tool effectiveness. • Maintain data catalogs, business glossaries, and data lineage. • Develop and track data-related KPIs. • Partner with vendors to align roadmaps with organizational needs. • Ensure system testing and user acceptance testing before new feature releases. Minimum Qualifications: • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent. • 6+ years in business systems administration and data management. • Knowledge of Data Management principles and enterprise source systems. • Strong communication and business engagement skills. • Proficient in data analysis tools and Jira. • Experience with SQL databases and data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau. • Non-profit experience is a plus. Compensation & Benefits: • Salary range: $91,000 - $109,000 (varies based on location and experience). • Competitive benefits package including Paid Time Off, 401k with match, Educational Reimbursement, and comprehensive Health & Welfare benefits Apply Job!
