This is a remote, project-based role supporting an AI startup, where you will handle contract drafting, writing, and review. Candidates must be flexible, detail-oriented, and able to adapt to the dynamic needs of the startup environment. This is Not a “Document Review” Position. Key Responsibilities: • Contract Drafting and Review: Draft, review, and edit various types of legal agreements, ensuring attention to detail and compliance with applicable laws. • Tech reputed company: Utilize digital tools and platforms to manage legal work and collaborate remotely. Qualifications: • Experience: 5-10 years of legal experience as an associate at a firm, with a focus on contract drafting, writing, and negotiation. • Tech Adept: Must be comfortable working with remote collaboration tools and legal tech platforms.
