HOURS: Part-time (17.5 hours per week) preferably Monday to Wednesday. Occasional weekend working may be required. REPORTS TO TITLE: Registrar BUSINESS FUNCTION/ SUB-FUNCTION: Registry and Academic Services/Registry LOCATION: 13 North Common Road, Ealing London W5 2QB (some home working permitted) We are seeking a new member of our small Registry team. The Registry Officer (Student Records) is responsible for administering student records and related processes from registration to graduation. Reporting to the Registrar you will be responsible for the administering annual course setup, student registrations, attendance confirmations. You will administer TFL, National Railcard and other discount schemes. You will process and issuing letters, degree certificates, diploma supplements and transcripts. You will also be responsible for supporting the implementation of record management procedures, including but not limited to enrolment processes and ensure adherence to the Institute and... validating University regulations/policies. Finally, you will be a first point of contact for staff and students with questions about registrations, procedures and processes. We are looking for someone with good experience of administration in higher education, experience of data entry and of using databases. You will need to be able to work both independently and as part of a team. You will have excellent planning and organisational skills and be able to work under pressure while maintaining a high standard of work.
