Learn more at fluz.app/careers. We are seeking a Business Data Analyst to join our team and drive the extraction, transformation, and analysis of large datasets. The ideal candidate will have experience in data analysis, visualization, and modeling, as well as a strong background in database design and SQL queries. You will play a critical role in analyzing market trends, developing data models, and providing actionable insights to support business decisions. What you will do • Perform high volumes of data extraction and work with large datasets to clean, transform, analyze, visualize data for various analysis activities including financial/systems/pricing/user... analyses. • Analyze and evaluate Fluz’s market trend data to design quantitative and qualitative data models using Python. • Research and develop various data mining models (regression, decision tree, binary classification, etc.) to predict patterns in user behavior and business trends. • Build predictive and prescriptive models to perform statistical analysis and deliver findings; Build dashboards and data visualizations and prepare reports for various business functions to improve analytics strategy and implement best practices. • Develop relational database design and write complex queries. Design/evaluate/enhance systems and business processes to improve efficiency and achieve company goals. • Present complex statistical findings into a clear presentation or story summarizing root-cause and actionable insights/recommendations to drive business decisions. Technical Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field. • Strong skills in relational database design, data reporting/visualizations and SQL queries writing. • Excellent ability to conduct systems/quantitative & qualitative data analysis and manage data projects. • Proficient in SQL, advanced Excel, Python, VLOOKUPs, charts/graphs, and Power Query. • Must know project management in an Agile environment. The app’s backend is built with Node.JS, GraphQL, PostgreSQL, Redis deployed on GCP through CI and Docker Images. GitLab version control hosted on GCloud.
