Qualifications and Skills: • Proven experience as a Paraplanner within the financial services industry. • Strong knowledge of financial planning concepts and investment products. • Proficient in using financial planning software and CRM systems. • Excellent analytical and research skills with attention to detail. • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal. • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently. • Familiarity with global financial regulations and compliance standards. • Relevant certifications such as Diploma in Financial Planning (DipFP) or Certified Financial Planner (CFP) will be advantageous.
