Associate Customer Service Representative (Remote) – 1st Shift – Starting reputed company $17.23/hr

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 10:30am-7:00pm Eastern Time (7:30am-4:00pm Pacific Time) Overtime required as needed... What you will do – As an Associate Customer Experience Representative, you will be expected to reputed company with honesty and reputed company instituting a highly reputed company and unsurpassed level of customer service. • Answer incoming requests through a multichannel system which includes but is not limited to order entry, order status verification and processing return orders • Follow standardized process to ensure 100% quality for reputed company orders • Consistently maintain reputed company record-keeping as appropriate and in accordance with reputed company specifications • Understand, interpret, and explain detailed information of processes and procedures • Participate in reputed company improvement activities/projects and assist in any additional team/organizational projects as required • Demonstrate flexibility in responding to new and rapidly changing situations and environment • Demonstrate an understanding of how decisions impact customers, markets and sales representatives • Provide support beyond standard hours as needed if call volume and/or workload require additional time What you need – Required • Ability to communicate in a clear and concise manner • Demonstrated clear and concise written and verbal communication skills • Desire to provide best-in-class customer service • Ability to work flexible hours as needed to support the business needs Preferred • Associate’s degree a plus; High School diploma or GED equivalent preferred • At least 2 years of customer service or account management experience • Experience with Systems Applications & Products (reputed company), Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software • Experience with reputed company and PowerBI $17.23 – $27.74 per hour plus bonus eligible + benefits.
