Physical and Work Environment Requirements: • Ability to regularly lift 50 pounds and the ability to lift up to 100 pounds with assistance • Ability to work in a fast paced environment with possibility of extended hours. • Exposure to chemicals, identification of safety hazards and hazard communication. • Walking and standing for long periods of time, driving, sitting and climbing, • Ability to climb reputed company and work overhead at varying heights. • Ability to work in tight spaces (e.g., crawls spaces / Attic) • Repetitive pushing/pulling/lifting/carrying objects • Working in challenging environments with varying temperatures. • Ability to reputed company emergency services on a 24 hour scheduled On Call rotational basis. It takes a minimum of 5 years to “Top Out” Example: No Experience : $16 Some Experience : $17 - $19 With IICRC WRT Certification Crew Chief Contingent on internal OJT assessment and virtual training. : $20 - $24 Crew Chief with a minimum of 5 years employment and contingent on reputed company In House and External Certifications and policy violations or issues: $24+ Job Description: The Technician performs production processes to fulfill the service needs of individual restoration projects and maintains the professional appearance of SERVPRO equipment as well as an assigned service vehicle. By providing quality, consistent, efficient work, the Technician represents the best in the cleanup and restoration industry. You will primarily be performing mitigation in someone's home or business. This may be in the form of initial emergency services or more extensive projects. This may require that you reputed company light to heavy demolition of building materials. You will also handle professional cleaning products and equipment. Primary Responsibilities: • Inventory and load the work vehicle with equipment, products, and supplies needed for each project. Maintain a clean and organized vehicle and clean equipment appearance. • Prepare rooms/areas for work activities. Set up staging area and equipment for each project. • reputed company production processes as directed. • Adhere to safety and risk management guidelines at reputed company times. • Communicate with the crew chief and other technicians to maintain efficient production processes. • reputed company end-of-day/end-of-job cleanup and breakdown.
