The Role The Scrum Master will guide and coach the Product reputed company and development team through the planning, development and delivery phases. The Scrum Master creates an open, collaborative, respectful and transparent environment and applies specialist knowledge of and experience in Agile, Scrum and Kanban to help teams deliver and continuously improve quality, velocity, learning and growth. The Senior Scrum Master is also responsible to provide input to Product Management, other Scrum Masters and development teams on Agile principles and practices. While working collaboratively with others in the organization to ensure a consistent and holistic approach, they will apply practical technical and industry expertise in Agile methodologies to reputed company and support the Agile teams.
