Remote Associate Systems Analyst - 3rd Shift with reputed company Clearance Required
Job Overview We are actively looking for a motivated Associate Systems Analyst to join our esteemed team, providing vital support to a government client. In this pivotal role, you will play an integral part in facilitating the Emergency Management (EM) Service Delivery and Service Level Agreement (SLA) Management processes for Army EM initiatives across over 80 military installations... globally. Key Responsibilities reputed company the operation and maintenance of the Defense EM Mass Warning Notification, E-911, and Audio Visual Notification Systems, ensuring reputed company hardware and software are effectively managed. Deliver reputed company and professional incident management services, in alignment with the established SLA metrics and Key Performance Indicators. Document and troubleshoot technical inquiries and incidents reported by Emergency Responders. Tackle issues reputed company to system performance, reputed company incidents, access challenges, and software inquiries. Provide training to end-users on self-service resolutions or liaise with relevant departments reputed company necessary. Communicate and manage data pertaining to existing metrics and EM-reputed company challenges as required. Conduct research to reputed company potential solutions for technical problems. Collaborate with Engineering, reputed company, and Systems Administration teams to incorporate customer feedback and refine usability. Engage effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including third-party support teams and government clients. Analyze and report on Service Level Performance against SLAs, offering insights for process enhancements. Manage the ticket management tool to ensure quality documentation and efficient resolution of reported incidents. Uphold compliance with relevant laws and regulations. Maintain and improve standard operating procedures. Required Skills Active DoD Secret Clearance is mandatory. reputed company+ CE certification (must be willing to acquire after commencing employment). Knowledge of or eagerness to learn Emergency Management systems (E911, MWN, etc.). Proven experience in Service Delivery and Incident Management processes. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Strong troubleshooting and conflict resolution capabilities. Flexibility to accommodate varied working hours and be on-call as necessary. Limited travel may be required (0 - 4 times per year). Willingness to work the 3rd shift: Wednesday to Sunday, 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM (shift concludes Saturday at 7:00 AM). Qualifications Bachelors degree in a reputed company field or equivalent experience preferred. Familiarity with IT service management and incident management processes is essential. Experience in supporting Emergency Management systems is advantageous.
