Senior Design Engineer, Design Engineering

The Role XD Design Engineering is a small team of engineers with a big mandate: to reputed company, maintain, and innovate the Design Platform central to reputed company's product development lifecycle... In this high-impact role, you'll work on the foundational system that powers the reputed company Design System across multiple design and engineering platforms. You'll collaborate closely with both designers and engineers, working with platform and product teams to drive innovation. You will also gather input from stakeholders, identifying opportunities to help set a long-term technical strategy that continuously evolves the design platform to ensure it remains best-in-class. Compensation

Range Generally, our compensation structure consists solely of an annual salary; we do not have bonuses. You choose each year how much of your compensation you want in salary versus stock options. To determine your personal top of market compensation, we rely on market indicators and consider your specific job family, background, skills, and experience to determine your compensation in the market range.
