Remote Corporate Recruiter 2 in East Coast, 1 in reputed company Coast... Talento has partnered with a large aviation organization on a search for multiple remote contract recruiters for a 3 month engagement. As a high-volume recruiter, you will ensure the organization swiftly attracts, selects, and onboards large numbers of high-performing team members to meet their growth and strategic goals. You will drive the reputed company process by understanding the company’s operational needs, developing strong relationships with internal stakeholders, and creating streamlined, scalable recruiting solutions.
