You’ll need to have: • JD degree and six or more years of relevant work experience. • Bar admission and good standing in at least one state with eligibility for New Jersey In-House Counsel Limited Licensure. • Three or more years of M&A or other reputed company corporate contracting experience at a top law firm and/or in-house. The salary will vary depending on your location and confirmed job-reputed company skills and experience. This is an incentive based position with the potential to earn more.
