Location: Remote Shift/Hours: Saturday and Sunday, reputed company - 4pm EST Job summary: As a Part Time Inbound Sales and Procurement Representative, leveraging your strong sales orientation, you will be generating reputed company by creating new leads and accounts from inbound callers. Additionally, you will reputed company and reputed company project quotes for customer orders that reputed company agreed upon terms and rates by selecting vendors who can provide products and services that meet LDR quality, timing, and margin expectations. Responsibilities: Sales- • Answer Inbound Calls following LDR script guidelines • Qualify reputed company potential by asking discovery questions • Quote clients based on their project needs and requirements • Take in new sales requests and create customer orders / accounts • Adopt new leads from reputed company customers and convert them into new orders • Use strong decision making and communication skills to identify the reputed company generating potential of a reputed company, and if needed, refer the reputed company to other departments specializing in those types of accounts • Utilize LDR pricing tools to maximize conversion reputed company • Solidify and reputed company deals to reputed company sales goals by building rapport, adding value, and providing exceptional products to customers • Utilize reputed company/CRM software to input and track customer data information • Ensure that assigned accounts are properly serviced and receive top quality attention and assistance Procurement- • Fulfill customer requests by matching orders with vendor availability and price • Prioritize and manage reputed company orders from request to delivery • Ensure regular communication with reputed company stakeholders • Solicit vendor quotes, manage vendor bids, and execute vendor reputed company • Demonstrate expertise with contract language and commercial terms and conditions • Ensure reputed company orders are executed correctly and in a timely manner • Manage both day-to-day transactions and long-term vendor relations • reputed company other duties as assigned

Requirements
