Part-Time Electronics Sales Associate
Our client, a leading retail company, is seeking a Part Time Sales Specialist to join their team. As a Sales Specialist, you will be part of the Sales Performance department supporting Electronics and Retail Specialist teams. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills with attention to detail, previous experience in sales, particularly in appliance, jewelry, or technical sales... ability to communicate effectively with customers which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Retail Sales Specialist Location: Los Angeles, CA Pay Range: $41,600 - $45,760 What's the Job? Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to store goals. Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize sales opportunities. Stay informed about new products, promotions, and sales events. Use effective sales techniques to drive revenue and customer loyalty. Maintain a deep understanding of the stores product offerings. Stay updated on industry trends and competitor products. Provide detailed and accurate product information to customers. Attend training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales skills. Ensure the sales floor is clean, organized, and visually appealing. Assist with merchandising and stocking shelves. Monitor inventory levels and report low stock or out-of-stock items. Maintain accurate pricing and signage on all products. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally and efficiently. Resolve customer issues and provide appropriate solutions. Build and maintain long-term customer relationships. Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business. Assist with store opening and closing procedures. Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently. Support promotional activities and in-store events. Collaborate with team members to achieve overall store success. What's Needed?
