JOB FUNCTIONS... General office duties Greet guests, answer incoming calls, and redirect to appropriate department and communicate messages Pickup and distribute mail as well as handle inbound and outbound shipments Provide general assistance to office personnel as well as with collecting tickets and invoices Process tickets for company drivers/lease drivers daily Help field supervisor with water tickets and billing Help track office supplies POSITION DETAILS Hourly Pay - $22/hour, Mon - Fri 8 - 5 $50 Cell Phone Allotment PTO - 144 hours per year Paid by Direct Deposit Bi-weekly Benefits include: Medical, Dental, $50,000 term insurance at no cost, 401k Holiday Pay HIRING CRITERIA High school diploma or relevant qualification 2 years experience in similar role Constant ability to communicate/exchange information with coworkers, vendors, customers, and others Constant ability to review word documents Ability to move about the office to access file cabinets, copiers, etc. Occasional bending, kneeling, reaching, climbing, and/or stooping Occasional lifting, pushing, or pulling up to 20 pounds Call today for more information.
