Key Responsibilities: • Design and develop high-quality, brain-based continuing education courses for educators. • Create lesson plans, templates, and supplementary materials for professional development programs. • Manage curriculum development projects to ensure timely delivery of content. • Collaborate with leadership to align course offerings with organizational goals and current educational trends. • Review and provide feedback on course content created by colleagues to ensure adherence to best practices and standards. • Provide support and guidance to educators enrolled in courses. • Occasionally create educational content such as on-camera introductions, voiceovers, or other media to enhance learning materials. • Assist the team with additional responsibilities as needed to help achieve evolving organizational goals. Skills and Competencies: • Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines independently. • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, ensuring clarity in conveying ideas and instructions. • Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational abilities. • Collaborative mindset, thriving in team environments and valuing diverse perspectives. Qualifications: • Master’s degree in education or a related field. • 5+ years of classroom teaching experience. • Experience in promoting culturally and linguistically responsive teaching practices. • Demonstrated leadership experience in mentoring or leading professional development for peers. Education Requirements: • Master’s degree in education or a related field is required. Experience Requirements: • A minimum of 5 years of classroom teaching experience is required.
