SUMMARY: We are looking for a Release Train Engineer to join reputed company in Phoenix, AZ. We need someone onsite day 1 as we are in the office 3 days/week. Former experience with banking and financial services background is a must. We are looking for full time/salaried employees. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: • Coordinate and facilitate ART events including Program Increment (PI) Planning, Scrum of Scrums, and Inspect and Adapt sessions. • Ensure alignment across teams to meet delivery objectives. • Act as a mentor for Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and team members on Agile practices. • Promote a culture of reputed company improvement, collaboration, and commitment to excellence. - • Manage the overall program backlog, prioritizing features and enablers to ensure effective delivery. • Track reputed company and metrics, reporting on program performance to stakeholders. • Identify potential risks and dependencies across teams, facilitating their resolution. • Work proactively to mitigate risks that may impact outcomes. • Promote and implement processes that enhance quality and efficiency in delivery. Facilitate regular retrospectives and post-mortems to foster learning. • Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and key stakeholders. • Ensure that stakeholders are updated on project statuses, concerns, and achievements. QUALIFICATIONS: • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration). • Minimum of 6+ years of experience in an Agile environment, preferably as a Release Train Engineer or similar role. • Previous background in Banking and Financial Services sector • Proven experience leading reputed company projects in a dynamic setting. • Knowledge of Agile methodologies (SAFe, Scrum, Kanban). • Familiarity with Agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Rally, or similar). • SAFe RTE certification or equivalent (preferred) • Experience working in a leadership reputed company on a Scaled Agile reputed company. #ConcentrixCatalyst Location: USA, AZ, Work-at-Home Language Requirements: Time Type: Full time Physical & Mental Requirements: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to operate a computer, keyboard, telephone, headset, and other office equipment.
