Sam's Club is hiring for Member Frontline Cashier As a Member Frontline Cashier Associate, you are the heart of our front end, significantly influencing how members feel about their experience at Sam's Club. What You'll Do: • Maintain Safety: Ensure facility safety by conducting safety sweeps, following procedures for hazardous materials, and reporting unsafe situations to management. • Provide Member Service: Acknowledge members, assist with purchasing decisions, locate merchandise, resolve issues, and promote company products. Support members with self-service technology, process purchases, handle payments, and manage transactions at registers or self-checkout areas. • Comply with Policies: Adhere to company policies, procedures, and ethical standards, implementing action plans and using the Open Door Policy. • Complete Work Assignments: Utilize policies, data, and resources to prioritize tasks, collaborate with team members, communicate progress, and adapt to changes.
