International travel minimal Base salary + commissions Room for growth and Promotion. Commercial Airline Industry experience required! This person would sell services and technology to commercial and cargo airlines. Our technology can be used in various booking ways, but our airline vertical clients move their crews through us from destination to destination, and with commercial airlines, they can do the same thing but also rebook their passengers on other airlines when they can’t accommodate passengers on their flights on our technology. This role is crucial in driving the sales of our client's airline solutions, focusing on commercial passenger services and specialized airline verticals such as cargo companies. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of airline operations, including crew logistics and passenger rebooking, and will be able to leverage their proprietary platform to provide superior solutions to airlines. Key Responsibilities: • Sales & Client Engagement: • Promote and sell and other specialized airline solutions to commercial passenger airlines. • Engage with key airline clients, demonstrating the value of using our clients proprietary platform for passenger rebooking, especially in scenarios where traditional systems fall short. • Build and maintain strong relationships with airline clients, understanding their unique needs and providing tailored solutions. • Product Expertise: • Educate airline clients on the benefits of using our clients proprietary platform for both passenger rebooking and corporate travel management. • Work with airlines to enhance their corporate travel solutions, leveraging our clients proprietary platform for seamless operations. • Collaborate with airline vertical clients, including cargo companies, to streamline crew logistics and operations, ensuring efficient movement from Point A to B, C, and beyond. • Industry Knowledge & Market Development: • Stay informed on industry trends and the competitive landscape, particularly in airline rebooking and crew logistics. • Identify new business opportunities within the airline industry, expanding our client base and driving revenue growth. • Leverage existing networks within the airline industry to grow the business and close new deals. • Logistics & Operational Support: • Provide expertise in moving airline crews between multiple locations, ensuring efficient and cost-effective solutions. • Understand the complexities of crew logistics, including manning over flights and coordinating multiple travel legs. Job Requirements • 5+ years of sales experience in the airline or travel industry. • Proven success in selling complex airline solutions, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. • Experience working with major airlines, particularly in areas such as passenger rebooking and crew logistics, is highly desirable. • Strong knowledge of airline operations, particularly in passenger rebooking and crew logistics. • Ability to establish priorities, work independently, and be self-motivated. • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage with decision-makers at all levels within airline organizations. • Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce.com) and other sales tools. • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop and present solutions that address client needs. • Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and support sales efforts. • Entrepreneurial mindset, with the ability to manage sales activity independently and drive results. • Passion for the airline industry, with a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities it presents Apply Job!
