*Overview** The Care Delivery Analyst provides value-based reporting from robust analytical datasets across internal business unit databases and external data sources to for the quality and larger commercial team to enable analysis and insights. This position will provide day-to-day data validation, organization, analytical and reporting support to Care Delivery, Health Services, Physician Sales, Employer Sales, Marketing, Service Lines (i.e., Workers Compensation, Pelvic Health, Hand Therapy). This is a remote position. *Responsibilities** Partner with Care Delivery leadership to pull disparate data sets together and validate for commercial reporting. Create reports to meet value-based contract requirements and provide base-level insights on results. Conduct ad hoc analysis on large complex datasets and interpret results to influence decisions. Partner with Analytics & Reporting Manager to standardize analytical datasets to provide insights for the Commercial Team through reports and dashboards in Tableau. Build quality reporting dashboards for internal and external visualization of patient reported outcomes. Support ongoing dashboard enhancement requests and remedy bugs within existing dashboards. Support the Health Services through by aligning Finance, Referral Data, and health service clinical data health services operations support. Support specific Commercial Team project work including ATIs Patient Relationship Program, patient length of stay, clinician and physician scorecards, clinic conversion performance, marketing channel testing, and cost savings modeling. Regularly review real-time data to monitor progress around improvement initiatives. Collaborate with teams across the company on variety of strategic and tactical ad hoc analyses *Qualifications** *Minimum Education** *Required** Bachelors Degree required in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Finance, or related technical field *Min Experience** *Required:** At least 2 years of work across complex data architecture environments SQL, R or similar data management tools *Preferred:** Healthcare data experience Tableau, PowerBI, SAS/SPSS or similar statistical software *Knowledge Skills and Abilities** Ability to create robust datasets across divergent data sources Ability to create processes to validate data across divergent data sources and develop dashboards and visualization to monitor progress Expertise in manipulating and analyzing large, complex, multi-dimensional data sets Solid problem solving and analytical skills Strong experience with Microsoft Office Suite Flexible and able to work closely with cross-functional teams Strong verbal, written and presentation skills Highly organized with a logical and methodical approach Strong follow-through and adaptability to changing circumstances Apply Job!
