Customer Support Representative - Remote (UT Only)

Description: • Join Gabb Wireless to provide world-class customer support for safe tech products. • Support customer inquiries about account management, device troubleshooting, billing, etc. • Answer incoming calls and provide high-quality support to our customers. • Take ownership of customer issues and follow problems through to resolution. • Work closely with supervisors to ensure customer satisfaction and productivity. • Continually learn about products and services to enhance knowledge.
