Key Responsibilities • Deliver evidence-based treatment to a diverse range of patients. • Provide various mental health services promoting individualized recovery, primarily through telehealth video or phone sessions. • Conduct intakes, as well as individual, group, and family therapy when applicable. • Perform mental health assessments, counseling, referrals, and intervention services. • Ensure timely and accurate documentation in compliance with federal and state guidelines.

Qualifications

Required: • Master's degree or higher in a relevant field. • Active LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT license in New York. • A minimum of one year of relevant experience. • Access to a computer, webcam, reliable internet connection, and a private, quiet space for conducting sessions. • Availability for full-time hours. Preferred • Over one year of experience in any of the following areas: • Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) • Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) • Evidence-Based Practices • Telehealth Experience • Outpatient Experience • Additional certifications or language skills. Schedule and Shift Details Enjoy the freedom of a fully remote position with flexible scheduling. Create your own schedule between the hours of 7 AM and 9 PM EST, seven days a week. Therapists are required to work until 8 PM two days per week or complete four 4-hour shifts on weekends. There is no on-call duty.
