Description We are excited to invite qualified Independently Licensed Therapists to join our dedicated therapy team in Seattle, Washington. As part of our team, you'll collaborate with fellow mental health professionals who specialize in providing comprehensive behavioral health services to individuals in skilled nursing facilities. We foster a supportive and collaborative culture, guided by hands-on leadership. Responsibilities Conduct diagnostic evaluations, diagnoses, psychotherapy, treatment planning, and consultations, both in-person and remotely. Complete documentation efficiently using our electronic medical record (EMR) system (Athena I). Adhere to agency policies and procedures. Job Types Full-time and part-time positions available, including W2 and independent contractor opportunities. Onsite, remote, and hybrid options are all available. Requirements A Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field, along with Washington licensure as an LICSW, LMFT, or LMHC. NPI (National Provider Identifier). Professional liability insurance. Credentialing with Medicaid/Medicare is a plus! Some facilities may require up-to-date vaccinations or appropriate exemptions. A TB test is required. CPR/AED/First Aid certification. Skills Basic computer proficiency. Excellent written communication abilities. Attention to detail and strong interpersonal skills. Ability to stay flexible and organized, even in stressful situations. Fluency in Spanish is a plus.
