Requirements

• Proven experience as a data entry clerk or similar position.
• Excellent typing speed and accuracy.
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Reliable internet connection and suitable home office setup.

Responsibilities

• Inputting data into our database systems accurately and efficiently.
• Verifying data by comparing it to source documents.
• Updating existing data and managing databases to ensure data integrity.
• Performing regular backups to ensure data preservation.
• Generating reports as required.
• Communicating effectively with team members and management.
