Job Description:

As a Front Desk Clerk, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing them with a warm welcome and handling their inquiries efficiently and professionally. You will process guest arrivals and departures, manage reservations, and coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure a pleasant stay for our guests. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

1. Greet guests and facilitate the check-in and check-out process

2. Handle guest inquiries and complaints in a courteous and efficient manner

3. Process all payments according to established hotel requirements

4. Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance departments

5. Maintain a clean and organized front desk area

Requirements:

1. Excellent communication and customer service skills

2. Ability to multitask and work under pressure

3. Proficiency in using computer systems and software

4. A positive attitude and professional demeanor

Educational Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent is required. Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred but not essential as we provide comprehensive training.

Experience:

While previous experience in a similar role is an advantage, it is not necessary as we value enthusiasm and a customer-first mindset above all. We are willing to provide comprehensive training to the right candidate.
