Job Description
As a Cabin Crew Member at Delta Airlines, your primary responsibility will be to ensure the safety and comfort of our passengers while providing exceptional customer service. You will represent our brand and values onboard, ensuring that all flight operations go smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
– Prepare the cabin for flights and secure cabin following airline protocols.
– Conduct safety checks and brief passengers on safety procedures.
– Deliver high-standard customer service, including providing meals and beverages.
– Respond to any in-flight emergencies and provide first aid as needed.
– Assist passengers with special needs, ensuring a welcoming environment for everyone.
– Participate in briefing sessions and collaborate with the cockpit crew for flight management.
– Manage Duty-Free and onboard sales, handling transactions accurately.
Requirements
– Minimum age of 21 years.
– High school diploma or equivalent; further certification in hospitality or customer service is a plus.
– Ability to relocate as required and maintain a flexible schedule.
– Proficient in English; knowledge of additional languages is a strong advantage.
– Capable of handling multiple tasks in a high-pressure environment.
– Must be able to pass a rigorous medical examination and a background check.
– Comfortable working long hours and on feet, must meet the airlines height and weight requirements.
– Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Educational Qualifications
– High school diploma or GED required.
– Training in First Aid and CPR is preferred.
– Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or airline industry is considered an asset but is not mandatory.
Experience
– Previous experience as a cabin crew member is desirable but not essential. Comprehensive training will be provided to all new hires.
– Experience in a customer service role is advantageous.
