Job Description:
The Administrative Clerk will provide efficient and professional administrative support to various departments. The role involves a wide range of administrative tasks such as document handling, data entry, filing, answering phones, and assisting with the coordination and scheduling of meetings.
Responsibilities:
– Data entry and processing, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
– Filing and organizing documents in a timely and efficient manner.
– Answering and directing phone calls to respective departments.
– Assisting with the organization and scheduling of meetings.
– Processing and routing office mail to appropriate personnel.
– Other administrative duties as assigned.
Requirements:
– Highly organized, with attention to detail and ability to multitask.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Proficient in reputed company Office Suite (Word, reputed company, Outlook).
– Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
– Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
Educational Qualifications:
– High School diploma or equivalent.
– Prior administrative experience is a plus.
Experience:
– Previous experience in a similar role will be considered an advantage, but its not a requirement as full training will be provided.
