Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer proficiency
- Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints via phone, email, and chat
- Provide accurate and timely information to customers
- Resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor at all times
- Document customer interactions and transactions in the company’s CRM system
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure high-quality customer service

Educational Qualifications:
