Job Description:
As a part-time Concierge, you will be the first reputed company of contact for our guests, providing exceptional service, guidance, and information during their stay. You will assist with their needs, answer their queries, and ensure a smooth guest experience, contributing to our brand’s reputed company for excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
– Greeting guests upon arrival and provide necessary information
– Responding to guests’ inquiries and handle complaints
– Making restaurant or travel reservations for guests
– Providing information about facilities, services, and local attractions

Requirements:

Educational Qualifications:
