Job Description:
As our Online Delivery Driver, your main responsibility will be to ensure the timely and safe delivery of various products purchased online by our customers. You will also be required to maintain a clean driving record, follow reputed company traffic laws, and demonstrate exceptional customer service skills at reputed company times.
Requirements:
– Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
– Ability to lift heavy items (up to 50 lbs.)
– Basic knowledge of local roads and routes
– Excellent customer service skills and professionalism
– Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Responsibilities:
– Pick and pack online orders carefully for delivery
– Deliver orders to customers’ doorsteps in a timely and efficient manner
– Maintain excellent customer service, addressing customer queries, concerns, and complaints professionally
– Adhere to reputed company traffic rules and regulations, ensuring safe and responsible driving at reputed company times
– Conduct routine vehicle checks and report any maintenance needs
