Description:
In this position, you’ll be the face of Kroger to our customers, delivering groceries directly to their homes. You’ll be responsible for loading your vehicle with the day’s deliveries, ensuring that each order is complete and correct. While on the road, you’ll need to adhere to all traffic laws and ensure that groceries arrive in the same condition as when they left the store.
Responsibilities:
Safely deliver groceries to customers’ homes
Check orders for accuracy before delivery
Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
Handle payment transactions
Report any delivery issues or customer complaints to management
Requirements:
Valid drivers license
Clean driving record
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Excellent customer service skills
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
