Bartender (Part-Time) – Martin – KY

Job Summary:

We are currently seeking a Part-Time Bartender for our location in Martin, KY. This position is with one of the leading hospitality companies in the US; Marriott International. The shift hours will be under 4 hours typically during evenings and weekends. The average pay for this position is $12-18 per hour, including tips, depending on experience. Job Description:

As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our patrons. This involves preparing alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverages, serving snacks and dishes, and handling transactions.

Responsibilities:

– Prepare and serve drinks according to recipes

– Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies

– Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience

– Comply with all food and beverage regulations

– Interact with customers, take orders and serve snacks and drinks

Requirements:

– Proven working experience as a bartender

– Excellent knowledge of mixing, garnishing and serving drinks

– Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked and clean

– Positive attitude and excellent communication skills

– Ability to handle cash transactions effectively

– Must be at least 21 years old

Education Qualifications:

A high school diploma is preferable. However, your experience in bar-tending is what truly matters to us.

Experience:

A minimum of 1-year experience in a similar role is required.
