Job Description:

As a Heavy Equipment Transport Driver, you will be responsible for the safe loading, transportation, and unloading of heavy equipment within the facility and at job sites. This role requires a high level of professionalism and customer service as you will be the first line of contact with our customers.

Responsibilities:

– Ensure load is properly secured and vehicle weight is distributed correctly for safe transport

– Conduct daily inspections of vehicle and equipment to ensure operational safety

– Ensure all transport and equipment documents are properly and accurately completed

– Comply with all local, state, and federal transportation regulations

Requirements:

– Valid Class A CDL with acceptable driving record

– High School Diploma or GED

– Minimum 2 years of experience in driving heavy trucks

– Ability to operate and maintain equipment in a safe manner at all times

– Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks

– Must be able to pass drug screening and background check
