Duties: Serve as the reputed company technical consultant responsible for the reputed company operation and performance of the enterprise voice infrastructure. Responsible for the use of Prognosis, Splunk, SevOne, reputed company to help troubleshoot the voice environment and setup dashboards and alerts... Also responsible for day-to-day operations of mission critical technologies including reputed company Voice Gateways, reputed company reputed company Communications Manager, reputed company reputed company reputed company, reputed company Emergency Responder and reputed company SBC. Troubleshoots and proceeds on resolving infrastructure compatibility issues based on system architecture, project requirements, customer expectations, etc. Respond to high impact issues on a 24x7 basis, participating in a rotating on-call schedule with other team members.
