Provide exceptional service to O'Reilly Automotive clients via phone, email, and chat; addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and guiding them through our product offerings. -

Order Management:

Assist clients with processing orders, including tracking shipments, managing returns, and coordinating replacements as necessary. -

Database Management:

Maintain accurate client records by inputting orders, changes, and relevant information into the system in compliance with company policies. -

Product Knowledge:

Develop a solid understanding of O'Reilly automotive products and services to effectively educate and assist clients, ensuring they have the right solutions for their needs. -

Feedback Collection:

Gather client feedback and insights to proactively address potential concerns and enhance service delivery and product offerings. -

Collaboration:

Work closely with other departments like Sales and Marketing to ensure an integrated approach to client service and customer satisfaction. -

Data Reporting:

Prepare and submit regular reports on client interactions, trends, and feedback for analysis by the management team. -

Remote Work Management:

Efficiently manage time and tasks in a home-based environment, demonstrating attention to detail and accountability in daily activities. ### Qualifications: -

Experience:

Minimum of 1-year experience in a customer service or administrative role, preferably in the automotive industry or a related field. -

Education:

High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in customer service is a plus. -

Technical Skills:

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with CRM software. Comfortable using technology for communication, task management, and reporting. -
