Data Entry (Typist) - Remote | WFH
We are a dynamic company seeking a dedicated data entry clerk to maintain and update our databases consistently. As part of our team, you will collaborate closely with colleagues and clients to gather essential information, ensuring accurate and timely data entry. Responsibilities... Collecting invoices, statements, reports, personal details, and other data from employees, departments, and clients. Reviewing data for discrepancies and correcting any inaccuracies. Organizing and formatting data to optimize efficiency and accuracy. Creating and maintaining precise spreadsheets. Entering and updating information into our systems promptly. Ensuring data backups are maintained securely. Notifying relevant parties of encountered errors promptly. Safely storing physical copies of data for easy retrieval.
Requirements
Assisting with additional tasks as required. Minimum 1 Year Of Experience In a Related Role. Proficiency in English with strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent knowledge of MS Office Word and Excel. Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to work efficiently. Proficient typing skills.
