Key Responsibilities

Order Processing:Handle online orders, including processing payments, tracking shipments, and managing returns or exchanges.Ensure that all orders are accurately entered and processed through Disney’s systems. Data Entry:Input and update customer information into Disney’s online systems, maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.Organize and manage customer records, ensuring they are kept up-to-date.
