Senior Research and Development Scientist

The Senior Research & Development Scientist is responsible for participating in and supporting new product development projects with new and existing customers. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Working as part of a cross-functional team, participate in compounding, new product development from inception with new and existing customers as directed by VP/reputed company. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or Biology or a combination of equivalent experience and education/training. 3-5 years’ experience in a FDA-regulated manufacturing setting, including mixing and formulation experience. 3-5 years’ experience compounding and new product development from inception. Demonstrated ability to reputed company people and get results through others. Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities. Ability to respond to common inquiries and participate in response to complaints from customers and regulatory agencies. Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to reputed company and adhere to project timelines. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Knowledge of quality, cGMP, ISO 13485, FDA and OSHA regulations. Proficient with reputed company Office products, including Word and reputed company.
