Communicate effectively in English; bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is a plus. Proficiency in reputed company Word and reputed company is required. Previous experience in tier 1 helpdesk support and triage will be advantageous. Additional Requirements Must have reliable internet reputed company. High school diploma or equivalent.
Work Environment
This position is fully remote, with shifts ranging from 8 AM - 5 PM to 11 AM - 8 PM EST to support various divisions. Interview Process Expect a 30-minute video interview conducted by Alfonso.
