Work closely with cross-functional teams to improve service delivery and ensure customer needs are met. -

Training Participation:

Attend ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance product knowledge and customer service techniques. -

Monitor and meet or exceed performance targets related to customer satisfaction, response time, and resolution rates. ###

Requirements:

Experience:

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a similar industry or environment. -

Education:

High school diploma required; a degree or related certification in a business or customer service-related field is a plus. -
