SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES • Able to cross-sell members and potential members on credit union products and services. • Excellent communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills. • Able to demonstrate tact and professionalism in representing WeStreet with members. • Strong attention to detail. • Effectively follow-up and respond to common inquiries and issues from members. • Ability to work with mathematical concepts in practical situations. • Ability to use a computer keyboard and ten-key machine.
