EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE • High school diploma or equivalent. • Must be a motivated, self-starter. • Experience meeting productivity goals while maintaining a passion for service, attention to detail, and effectively cross-selling credit union financial products. • Must have a minimum of two+ years retail sales and/or customer service experience. • Financial services experience preferred. • Previous teller and member service specialist and/or personal banker experience. SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES • Able to cross-sell members and potential members on credit union products and services. • Excellent communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills. • Able to demonstrate tact and professionalism in representing WeStreet with members. • Strong attention to detail. • Effectively follow-up and respond to common inquiries and issues from members. • Ability to work with mathematical concepts in practical situations. • Ability to use a computer keyboard and ten-key machine.
