As a Customer Care Associate, you’ll work on cultivating and retaining ongoing customers. You may also be required to : • Handle wireless local number portability (WLNP), relocations, combined reputed company support, after hours inquiries and pre-paid service. • Troubleshoot and resolve customer impacting issues such as but not limited to : voice & data issues that span multiple networks and interdependent network elements, considering network conditions, connectivity, devices, applications, provisioning and billing. • Assist customers with products and services such as but not limited to laptop connect services including reputed company cards, USB devices, initial set-up, configuration of reputed company provided software & applications. • Proactively engage T3 support (network and IT) to address & resolve issues. • Remain proficient in reputed company billing, reputed company plan and feature matters. What are we looking for? • 6 months to 1 year of customer service / sales work experience • Familiarity with Windows computers • Good listening skills and the ability to effectively communicate under pressure. Ultimately, your extensive knowledge of our products and services will determine how well you resolve problems and offer advanced solutions to customers. • Flexibility to work any schedule during hours of operation is essential. Specific job assignments may require day, evening, weekend, or holiday hours. Occasional overtime may be required.
